VENUE POLICY
• Sunbed Bookings are only guaranteed till 10:30am.
• Pets are not allowed on the beach, at the sun-bed area and in the Restaurant.
• Kids are allowed to accompany adults that have booked a sunbed. No other un-booked adults will be allowed to join. Please note that it is prohibited to bring additional beach furniture, including chairs, to the sun-bed area.
• You may choose your sunbed on deck or sandy beach, however we do not accept bookings for specific spots within these areas.
• On Sundays & Public Holidays, sunbeds on deck are reserved for restaurant customers ONLY. We reserve the right to cancel your sunbed booking at any time if you do not show up for your restaurant booking, in this case, NO REFUNDS will be given.
• MANDATORY use of personal towel on sunbeds.
• Please check weather and sea conditions prior to paying for your sunbed. Once receipt is issued NO REFUNDS will be given.
• Umbrellas are FREE with group sunbed bookings. Umbrellas will be closed for safety if there are strong winds. In such circumstances, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
• NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC is allowed.
• Management reserves the right to revoke or refuse entry.
